This is actually a dual sided board. Magnetic chalkboard on one side and dry erase on the other. Good magnetic hold (which is a problem with some other magnetic chalkboards). However, the frame is an unattractive plastic frame that is pieced together. It makes the board look very cheap (especially considering the price). Also, the measurements are 17 1/2 by 23 1/4. I would not buy this again.
