It's not Industrial GradeOct 25, 2009

This is exactly the same product what you can buy at your local office supply stores. I bought one at Office Depot and the plastic parts that connect to your rings of binder broke off in one month. I thought this one is better grade since it says Industrial Grade, and also it claims "Material Metal/Rubber", but the base of metal and rubber part plastic, so the parts that has two holes you connect to rings of a binder are plastic. It is exactly the same puncher you can buy locally. It works fine, but the base is plastic so it will probably break in time just like the first one I bought. It is not the industrial grade. I sent an email to them about they didn't list "plastic" for the material, but the seller ignored me and never replied.
