This product is not compleate. It is a replacement part of a floor lock. It has a grainger stock number that has been discontinued.

Unfortunately quality of Chinese made products in general is very poor and this product is a prime example. I received several of these floor locks - one worked and one did not. Fortunately the supply company which distributes these has outstanding customer service. A replacement was provided with expedited shipping.
The price was right and the quality was not, so I fall into the category of mislead American consumers that sacrifices quality for price... shame-on-me. This product may not be as harmful to me as the farm raised fish or drywall from China, but I am sure the health of the workers that produced it is in question. Search out the best quality and don't shop by price alone - buy American if you can.........
