30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged)return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange
- Returned items must be in the original packaging
- All returns must include a return good authorization (RMA) number that can be obtained by contacting Pro Tool Point Supply Customer Service via email at customerservice@ptpsupply.com. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time.
- Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RMA paperwork as proof of purchase
- Returns received at Pro Tool Point Supply without an RMA number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due
- Credits and exchanges will be handled within 5 business days from receipt
Damaged Products
If any product received from Pro Tool Point Supply arrives damaged, upon receipt please contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@ptpsupply.com. Note: Damaged product must be returned in order to receive credit.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED. LIMITED LIABILITY: PRO TOOL POINT SUPPLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. PRO TOOL POINT SUPPLYS LIABILITY, IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.
